The specialization "Human Resource Management" is a comprehensive preparation for the role of a strategic business partner, capable of effectively managing talent and organizational culture in a changing work environment.

Students gain not only deep theoretical knowledge, but also practical skills in modern HR technologies, strategic personnel management, and employee development and motivation.

Through an emphasis onsoft skills development, graduates gain preparation to operate effectively in a variety of cultural and organizational contexts, which opens up a wide range of career opportunities in the HR industry.
