Programme description and objectives

The Corporate Finance programme will prepare you for leadership roles in finance: 

  1. First, you will learn how to manage assets, liabilities and equity of companies, so that they can achieve their highest profit-generating potential.
  2. Then, you will learn how to evaluate and select projects.
  3. Next, you will be taught how to procure funds from lenders, investors and public institutions, which are becoming more popular.
  4. To manage a company or a project existing within a firm, you need to understand it. Therefore, we will teach you how to analyse companies.
  5. Your studies will end with two classes devoted to the state-of-the-art simulation game, where our business-experienced staff will guide you in a decision-making process associated with managing a business.

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to choose optional courses, covering topics such as the role of finance in life and business, personal investments, neo-finance, building an investment portfolio and other topical issues related to finance.

We emphasise on transferring solid, proven skills that lecturers themselves have been using in their business activities for many years.
